Refund & Cancellation Policy

StatsNGuts provides digital informational services (such as match or series insights, predictions, and premium access). Because access is delivered immediately after a successful payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

When We Consider Refunds

We will review and resolve requests only in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment success but no access: You completed payment but did not receive the purchased access within a reasonable time.
• Technical failure during checkout: A gateway/processing error caused you to be charged without service enablement.

To report any of the above, email us within 48 hours of the transaction at connect@statsnguts.com or connect@amatrestechnologies.in with your: order ID, payment reference, email used at checkout, amount, date/time, and a brief description.

Cancellations

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately and we will investigate per the exception cases above.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved after our investigation, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit. Timelines can vary by provider and geography.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend or restrict your access while the dispute is in progress. We are happy to work with you to resolve issues quickly—please email us first.

Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds and to revoke access in cases of suspected fraud, account sharing, unauthorized resale, or other misuse of our services.

Payment Handling

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay). StatsNGuts does not store sensitive card details on its servers. For more information, please see our Payment Terms and Privacy Policy.
