StatsNGuts is owned and operated by Amatres Technologies Private Limited (“Amatres”, “StatsNGuts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Disclaimer applies to StatsNGuts.com and the cricket statistics, analysis, predictions, suggested combinations, Premium features, quizzes, leagues, contests, rankings, prizes, SNG Tokens, private-contest tools, League Walls, user posts, replies, likes, reactions, and other services made available through StatsNGuts.

This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It should be read together with our other policies and any rules published for a particular activity.

2. Informational and educational purpose

StatsNGuts provides cricket data, statistics, trends, previews, comparisons, rankings, suggested combinations, and other analytical content for informational and educational purposes.

Our content is intended to help users explore and understand cricket information. It should not be treated as a promise, guarantee, professional opinion, or instruction to take a particular action.

3. Cricket data accuracy and timing

StatsNGuts may use historical records, match data, player data, venue information, team information, publicly available information, licensed information, and data received from third-party providers.

We work to present useful and accurate information, but cricket data may be:

• delayed, incomplete, incorrectly reported, or unavailable;
• revised or corrected after publication;
• affected by changes in squads, playing elevens, injuries, substitutions, or official decisions;
• affected by weather, pitch conditions, match interruptions, or schedule changes;
• classified differently by different cricket-data providers; or
• affected by technical, publishing, integration, or human errors.

A page may not reflect the latest development immediately. Important information should be checked against current official sources before relying on it.

4. AI-assisted and algorithmic analysis

Some StatsNGuts content or features may use algorithms, statistical models, automated processing, or artificial intelligence to identify patterns, generate summaries, rank players, estimate possibilities, or suggest combinations.

These systems operate on the data and assumptions available to them. Their output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, unexpected results, or conclusions that differ from actual events.

An AI-assisted output should not be treated as independently verified merely because it was generated automatically.

Users should consider the underlying match context and verify important information before making a decision.

5. Predictions and suggested combinations

Predictions, projected performances, rankings, captain suggestions, player recommendations, and suggested fantasy team combinations are estimates based on historical information, available match context, statistical methods, and analytical assumptions.

Real-world results may differ substantially because of factors outside our control, including:

• final team selection and batting order;
• player injuries, illness, availability, or workload;
• pitch and weather conditions;
• toss decisions and tactical changes;
• match interruptions, reduced overs, or abandoned matches;
• unexpected player performance;
• official scoring, disciplinary, or competition decisions;
• fantasy-platform scoring rules; and
• events occurring after our content was generated.

A prediction expresses an analytical possibility, not certainty. Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

6. Use on third-party fantasy platforms

StatsNGuts is not a betting, gambling, or paid-entry fantasy gaming operator. We do not accept wagers or collect paid fantasy contest entry fees.

Users may choose to use StatsNGuts analysis or suggested combinations on independently operated fantasy platforms. Participation on those platforms is entirely the user’s decision.

Third-party fantasy platforms determine their own:

• eligibility and location requirements;
• entry fees and payment terms;
• scoring and ranking systems;
• contest availability;
• prizes and prize fulfilment;
• account restrictions;
• tax treatment; and
• terms, privacy practices, and dispute procedures.

StatsNGuts does not control or guarantee a third-party fantasy platform’s operation, scoring, contest outcome, payment, prize, account decision, or availability.

7. Official StatsNGuts quizzes, leagues, and contests

StatsNGuts may operate free-to-play cricket quizzes, leagues, contests, rankings, and promotional activities.

StatsNGuts may award prizes, Amazon vouchers, SNG Tokens, or other stated rewards in accordance with the rules published for the relevant activity.

Participation does not guarantee:

• a winning result or particular ranking;
• receipt of a prize or reward;
• a particular number of SNG Tokens;
• continued availability of an activity;
• eligibility where verification or activity rules are not satisfied; or
• protection from disqualification for fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, automation, collusion, or other unfair conduct.

Results and rewards remain subject to the applicable scoring system, tie-breakers, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, disqualification rules, and activity-specific terms.

StatsNGuts may correct an obvious scoring, technical, or publishing error where reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of an activity.

8. SNG Tokens and Amazon vouchers

SNG Tokens are internal StatsNGuts reward points. They are not cash, a bank balance, an investment, a cryptocurrency, or a promise of financial return.

SNG Tokens:

• cannot be purchased;
• cannot be sold or transferred between users or accounts;
• cannot be redeemed for cash;
• can only be redeemed for Amazon vouchers in denominations offered by StatsNGuts;
• do not expire merely because time has passed; and
• may be withheld, corrected, or revoked following fraud, manipulation, abuse, disqualification, or a material rules violation.

The current redemption rate is 10,000 SNG Tokens for ₹1,000 in Amazon vouchers. Available voucher denominations and the rate applicable to a redemption are displayed through StatsNGuts.

Redemption remains subject to sufficient token balance, verification, availability, technical processing, and applicable rules.

Once an Amazon voucher has been issued, its use is also subject to Amazon’s own terms, eligible-use restrictions, account requirements, and technical processes.

9. Private contests and host-promised prizes

StatsNGuts may provide tools that allow a user to create or host a private contest.

Unless expressly identified as an official StatsNGuts activity, a private contest is organised and managed by its host.

A private-contest host is solely responsible for:

• describing any promised prize accurately;
• funding the promised prize;
• administering the contest fairly;
• confirming participant eligibility;
• verifying winners;
• fulfilling the promised prize; and
• resolving prize-related disputes with private-contest participants.

Participants should join private contests only when they know and trust the host. Reporting misuse may allow StatsNGuts to review the contest or account, but does not make StatsNGuts responsible for fulfilling the host’s obligations.

10. League Walls and user-generated content

League Walls and other community features may contain comments, replies, strategies, opinions, links, likes, reactions, and other material created by users rather than by StatsNGuts.

User Content represents the views of the user who submitted it. It is not official StatsNGuts analysis, does not represent the views of Amatres, and should not be treated as verified merely because it appears on a StatsNGuts page.

User Content may be:

• incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading;
• based on personal opinion, speculation, or rivalry;
• inconsistent with official team, tournament, player, or fantasy platform information;
• offensive, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise contrary to our rules before it is detected or removed; or
• linked to external pages or services that StatsNGuts does not control.

StatsNGuts may moderate, restrict, or remove User Content, but we do not guarantee that every post will be reviewed before it is displayed or that every harmful or inaccurate post will be detected immediately. Moderation does not amount to endorsement of content that remains available.

Users remain responsible for their own posts, interactions, and decisions based on community discussions. Community use is governed by our Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

11. StatsNGuts Premium

StatsNGuts Premium is available as a Monthly plan providing 30 days of access and a Yearly plan providing 365 days of access. Both plans provide the same Premium features and do not renew automatically.

During an active term, subscribers receive access to all features designated as Premium, including eligible Premium features added and made generally available during that term.

Premium access does not guarantee:

• perfect or error-free data;
• a correct prediction or suggested combination;
• a particular fantasy-platform result;
• a prize, ranking, voucher, or SNG Token reward;
• coverage of every match or tournament;
• permanent availability of every individual feature; or
• a financial return or reimbursement of external losses.

Premium features may be added, improved, corrected, replaced, or discontinued as StatsNGuts develops, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Payment and refund conditions are described in our Payment Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

12. Third-party services, data, and links

StatsNGuts may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including:

• cricket-data and information providers;
• Razorpay for payment processing;
• AWS Cognito for authentication;
• Google sign-in and Google Analytics;
• Amazon for voucher fulfilment or use;
• social networks;
• hosting and infrastructure providers; and
• external fantasy platforms.

These services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, security standards, technical processes, and availability.

StatsNGuts does not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, security, continuity, availability, pricing, decisions, or conduct of an independent third-party service.

Following an external link or using an integration is at the user’s discretion.

13. Trademarks, teams, tournaments, and affiliations

Cricket team names, tournament names, league names, player names, logos, trademarks, images, statistics, fantasy-platform names, Amazon-related names, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on StatsNGuts is for identification, description, analysis, reporting, integration, or fulfilment purposes where applicable.

Unless expressly stated, StatsNGuts is not sponsored, endorsed, authorised, or operated by:

• a cricket board, team, tournament, or player;
• a third-party fantasy platform;
• Amazon;
• Razorpay;
• Google; or
• Amazon Web Services.

Use of a third-party service, payment gateway, sign-in option, analytics provider, or voucher does not by itself create an endorsement or partnership.

14. Service availability and technical limitations

StatsNGuts may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or interrupted because of:

• maintenance or software updates;
• server, network, database, or hosting issues;
• third-party service outages;
• data-provider delays or errors;
• security incidents or fraud-prevention measures;
• device or browser incompatibility;
• internet connectivity problems;
• legal or regulatory requirements; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, permanent, or error-free access to every page, match, tournament, feature, or service.

15. User responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing information, exercising judgment, and deciding how to use StatsNGuts.

You are responsible for:

• checking important information before relying on it;
• reviewing the rules of a StatsNGuts or third-party activity;
• checking claims, links, and strategies posted by other users before relying on them;
• ensuring that your use is lawful in your location and circumstances;
• deciding whether to use a suggested fantasy combination;
• protecting your StatsNGuts and third-party account credentials;
• evaluating a private-contest host before participating; and
• accepting the consequences of decisions made using available information.

StatsNGuts content is not legal, tax, investment, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StatsNGuts is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

StatsNGuts and Amatres do not guarantee that every statistic, prediction, suggested combination, ranking, score, article, Premium feature, reward record, voucher process, or third-party integration will always be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for a user’s intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, StatsNGuts and Amatres will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive loss arising from reliance on StatsNGuts content or services.

This may include:

• fantasy-platform entry fees or losses;
• lost winnings, prizes, opportunities, or expected returns;
• decisions based on an incorrect prediction;
• missed deadlines caused by delayed information;
• a private-contest host’s unfulfilled prize;
• reliance on, exposure to, or interaction with User Content, including League Wall comments and external links;
• third-party account or service restrictions;
• temporary service interruption; or
• loss arising from unauthorised account use.

Any limitation concerning a paid StatsNGuts service remains subject to the liability provisions in our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

17. Mandatory legal and consumer rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, refund, consumer right, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law requires a different outcome from a provision in this Disclaimer, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.

This Disclaimer does not prevent a user from making a legitimate complaint or pursuing a remedy available under applicable law.

18. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes to StatsNGuts, cricket-data sources, AI-assisted features, Premium, contests, prizes, SNG Tokens, private-contest tools, third-party services, legal requirements, or business operations.

The revised version will display an updated date at the top of this page. Where a change is material, we may also provide notice through StatsNGuts, your account, email, or another appropriate channel.

The updated Disclaimer applies from its stated effective date.
