Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and eligibility

StatsNGuts is owned and operated by Amatres Technologies Private Limited (“Amatres”, “StatsNGuts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Amatres when you access or use StatsNGuts.com, create an account, purchase StatsNGuts Premium, participate in an activity, post or interact on a League Wall, or use any related service.

By using StatsNGuts, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, you must not continue to use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase StatsNGuts Premium or participate in an activity that offers prizes, vouchers, or SNG Tokens. Unless the rules of a particular activity expressly state otherwise, these activities are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

If you use StatsNGuts on behalf of a company, organisation, or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. About StatsNGuts

StatsNGuts is a cricket analytics platform. Our services may include match previews, player statistics, head-to-head records, venue analysis, historical trends, player comparisons, suggested team combinations, quizzes, leagues, contests, rankings, League Walls, community discussions, and other cricket-related features.

Some features are publicly available. Other features may require a registered account or an active StatsNGuts Premium subscription. Feature availability may differ by match, tournament, device, location, account status, or subscription status.

StatsNGuts is not a betting, gambling, or paid-entry fantasy gaming platform. We may operate free-to-play cricket quizzes, leagues, and contests and may award prizes or SNG Tokens in accordance with the rules published for each activity.

Statistical analysis, suggested combinations, rankings, and predictions are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not guarantee a particular match, fantasy, league, contest, prize, or financial outcome.

3. Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission or its security has been compromised.

You must not:

• impersonate another person or create a false or misleading account;
• sell, transfer, rent, or share your account;
• allow unrelated users to access Premium through your account;
• create multiple accounts to manipulate activities, rankings, SNG Tokens, promotions, prizes, or subscription restrictions;
• use another person’s account without their express permission; or
• provide false information when claiming a prize, voucher, or reward.

You remain responsible for activity authorised through your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorised use.

4. StatsNGuts Premium

StatsNGuts Premium is offered as a one-year subscription. It is purchased through a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.

During the active subscription term, subscribers receive access to all features designated as Premium, including eligible Premium features added and made generally available during that subscription term.

Premium access remains subject to service availability, reasonable usage restrictions, technical requirements, feature-specific conditions, account status, and these Terms.

The subscription price, applicable taxes, and one-year access period will be displayed before payment. Premium access normally starts after we receive successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

We may add, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features as StatsNGuts develops. An active subscriber will receive access to new Premium features made generally available during the subscriber’s active term, subject to reasonable technical, geographic, legal, or feature-specific limitations.

A Premium subscription is personal to the account holder. It cannot be resold, transferred, sublicensed, or shared with unrelated users.

5. Payments through Razorpay

StatsNGuts uses Razorpay as its third-party payment gateway. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on Razorpay, your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and location.

Payment information is submitted to Razorpay and the relevant payment partners for processing. StatsNGuts may receive limited transaction information made available by Razorpay, including:

• the transaction amount and currency;
• payment, order, or transaction references;
• payment status and payment method category;
• limited billing and contact information; and
• information required to activate Premium, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, or comply with law.

Your use of Razorpay’s payment services is also subject to Razorpay’s applicable terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Banks, card issuers, payment applications, and other providers may apply their own charges, conversion rates, verification requirements, or transaction limits. StatsNGuts does not control those external charges or procedures.

6. Subscription expiry, cancellations, and refunds

StatsNGuts Premium does not renew automatically. No recurring charge will be made at the end of the one-year term. Premium access expires automatically unless the user purchases another subscription term.

Because Premium access is activated after successful payment and provides immediate access to digital features, StatsNGuts does not offer a general cancellation or refund window after purchase.

We may investigate and provide an appropriate resolution when there is evidence of:

• a duplicate payment;
• an unauthorised transaction;
• a successful payment that did not activate Premium access;
• an incorrect amount charged by StatsNGuts; or
• another verified payment-processing error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

When a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear depends on Razorpay, the payment method, the issuing bank, and other payment partners.

7. Official quizzes, leagues, and contests

StatsNGuts may operate free-to-play cricket quizzes, leagues, contests, rankings, and promotional activities. Participation in these activities does not require payment of an entry fee.

StatsNGuts may award physical or digital prizes, Amazon vouchers, SNG Tokens, or other rewards in accordance with the rules published for the relevant activity.

Activity-specific rules may cover:

• eligibility and participation requirements;
• opening and closing times;
• scoring and ranking methods;
• tie-breakers;
• winner verification;
• prize or SNG Token allocation;
• limited contact or delivery information, where needed;
• disqualification; and
• prize or voucher fulfilment.

Activity-specific rules form part of these Terms. If those rules conflict with these general Terms, the specific rules will apply to that activity.

We may reject or disqualify participation involving duplicate accounts, bots, automation, collusion, manipulation, false information, abuse of the scoring system, exploitation of a technical error, or other unfair conduct.

Prizes and rewards may be subject to verification, availability, and the rules of the relevant activity. Where fulfilment requires limited contact or delivery information, the applicable activity rules or fulfilment process will explain what is needed.

8. SNG Tokens and Amazon voucher redemptions

SNG Tokens are internal StatsNGuts reward points that may be earned through eligible quizzes, leagues, contests, promotions, or other activities identified by StatsNGuts.

SNG Tokens:

• cannot be purchased;
• cannot be transferred between users or accounts;
• cannot be sold or exchanged for cash;
• can only be redeemed for Amazon vouchers in denominations made available by StatsNGuts;
• do not expire due to the passage of time; and
• may be withheld or revoked following fraud, manipulation, abuse, disqualification, or a material violation of an activity’s rules.

Redemptions are available only in the denominations displayed by StatsNGuts at the time of the request. A user must have the required token balance before submitting a redemption request.

We may verify the account, token history, activity participation, and compliance with applicable rules before processing a redemption. A redemption may be withheld, rejected, or reversed when fraud, manipulation, duplicate-account use, disqualification, or another material rules violation is identified.

SNG Tokens do not represent cash, a bank balance, or a right to receive money. They may only be used through the redemption options made available by StatsNGuts.

StatsNGuts may update the conversion rate or available voucher denominations for future redemption requests. Any revised rate will be displayed before a user submits a redemption request and will not change a redemption that has already been completed.

Amazon vouchers are issued and used subject to Amazon’s applicable conditions, restrictions, eligible products, and redemption procedures. Amazon is a third-party service and is not responsible for operating StatsNGuts unless expressly stated.

9. Private contests

StatsNGuts may allow users to create or host private contests. A private contest is managed by its host and is not an official StatsNGuts prize promotion unless it is expressly identified as one.

The host is solely responsible for:

• describing any prize or reward accurately;
• confirming participant eligibility;
• funding any promised prize;
• administering the private contest fairly;
• identifying and verifying winners;
• fulfilling any promised prize or reward;
• handling applicable taxes and legal requirements; and
• resolving prize-related disputes with private-contest participants.

Participants should join private contests only when they know and trust the host. StatsNGuts may investigate reported misuse and may restrict or remove a private contest or account, but doing so does not make StatsNGuts responsible for the host’s obligations.

A host must not describe a private contest in a way that falsely suggests that StatsNGuts sponsors, funds, guarantees, or fulfils its prizes.

10. League Walls and user content

StatsNGuts may provide League Walls and other community features where users can post comments, reply to other users, react to or like content, and discuss cricket, fantasy strategy, leagues, and related topics.

Posts, comments, replies, reactions, likes, profile names, and other material submitted through a community feature are collectively referred to as “User Content”. User Content is created by users and does not represent the views, advice, or endorsement of StatsNGuts.

Your ownership and licence to StatsNGuts

You retain ownership of the original User Content you create. By submitting User Content, you grant StatsNGuts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, transmit, display, and make that content available as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and support the community features.

This licence continues for as long as the User Content remains on StatsNGuts and for any limited period during which copies are reasonably retained in backups, moderation records, security records, dispute files, or records required by law. This licence does not transfer ownership of your original content to StatsNGuts.

Your responsibility for User Content

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

• you created it or otherwise have the rights and permissions required to submit it;
• it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• it is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, or intentionally misleading;
• it does not contain malware, phishing material, scams, payment credential requests, or unauthorised commercial promotion; and
• it complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Visibility and interactions

User Content and related activity may be visible to users who can access the relevant league, wall, thread, or community feature. Where a wall or league is described as public, the content may be visible more broadly. Your display name may appear with your posts, replies, likes, reactions, scores, or other activity.

Other users may reply to, quote, react to, or discuss your User Content. You should not submit personal, confidential, financial, or sensitive information that you do not want other users to see.

Moderation and removal

StatsNGuts may review, hide, restrict, remove, preserve, or disable access to User Content, and may limit community features or accounts, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, apply the Community Guidelines, investigate a complaint, protect users, preserve evidence, maintain platform integrity, or comply with law.

We are not required to pre-screen every post and cannot guarantee that all harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate content will be detected immediately. A decision not to remove particular content does not mean that StatsNGuts endorses it.

Deleting an account does not necessarily remove every copy, reply, quote, moderation record, security record, or legally retained record connected with earlier User Content. Our Privacy Policy explains how community data may be processed and retained.

11. Predictions and responsible use

Cricket matches and player performances are affected by unpredictable factors, including selection decisions, injuries, weather, pitch conditions, tactical changes, and events during a match.

StatsNGuts predictions, suggested combinations, rankings, and analytics are estimates based on available information and analytical methods. They may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or affected by information that changes after publication.

You remain responsible for your selections, participation, purchases, and decisions. StatsNGuts does not promise winnings, prizes, financial returns, or success on any third-party fantasy platform.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not use StatsNGuts to:

• violate any applicable law or another person’s rights;
• harass, threaten, bully, stalk, shame, or target another user;
• post hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material;
• impersonate another person, publish another person’s private information, or make knowingly false allegations;
• send spam, scams, phishing attempts, unauthorised promotions, or requests for passwords, OTPs, PINs, or payment credentials;
• manipulate comments, replies, likes, reactions, reports, or community visibility through automation or coordinated abuse;
• bypass a subscription control, access restriction, usage limit, paywall, or security measure;
• scrape, copy, harvest, or extract content or data at scale without written permission;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools in a way that disrupts or places an unreasonable burden on the service;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover protected source code, models, logic, or infrastructure;
• upload malware, attack the service, interfere with another user, or test vulnerabilities without permission;
• manipulate quizzes, leagues, contests, rankings, referrals, prizes, vouchers, SNG Tokens, or promotions;
• republish Premium content or make it available to unauthorised users;
• create multiple accounts to gain additional entries, SNG Tokens, prizes, benefits, or redemption opportunities; or
• use StatsNGuts content to create a competing commercial product without written permission.

Search engines may crawl publicly accessible pages in accordance with our published robots instructions. This does not grant permission to access protected, private, account-only, or Premium content.

13. Intellectual property

StatsNGuts and its licensors own or license the Website, branding, software, visual design, databases, compilations, original analysis, graphics, written content, and other materials, except where third-party ownership is identified.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access StatsNGuts for your personal and lawful use.

You may share links to publicly accessible StatsNGuts pages. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative datasets from protected content without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of their original User Content, subject to the limited licence granted to StatsNGuts in the League Walls and user-content section of these Terms.

Team names, competition names, trademarks, player names, images, statistics, voucher brands, and third-party data may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on StatsNGuts does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

14. Third-party services and links

StatsNGuts may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Razorpay, Amazon, authentication providers, analytics providers, social networks, advertising services, cricket data providers, and external fantasy platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, availability, security practices, and usage restrictions. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent actions, content, charges, or availability.

A link, integration, voucher, or reference to a third party does not by itself mean that the third party sponsors or endorses StatsNGuts.

15. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

StatsNGuts may use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate accounts, maintain security, remember settings, process subscriptions, manage activities and League Walls, moderate User Content, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, and improve the service.

Google Analytics currently loads when a visitor accesses StatsNGuts and does not wait for a separate cookie-consent choice. Available browser controls and further information are described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Availability, corrections, and service changes

We work to keep StatsNGuts accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, real-time updates, or permanent availability of every feature.

Cricket data may be delayed, corrected, reclassified, or updated after publication. We may correct errors or remove inaccurate, unlawful, obsolete, or unsupported content.

We may perform maintenance, introduce new features, modify existing functionality, change reasonable usage limits, or discontinue parts of the service.

Where reasonably practicable, we will communicate material changes that significantly affect active Premium subscribers.

17. Suspension, termination, and account closure

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

• investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• respond to a payment reversal or chargeback;
• investigate manipulation of prizes, SNG Tokens, rankings, or contests;
• enforce these Terms or activity-specific rules;
• moderate User Content or respond to repeated or serious Community Guidelines violations;
• protect StatsNGuts, its users, or third parties;
• comply with law or a lawful request; or
• address conduct that could damage the service.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, security, legal, manipulation, or abuse concerns.

You may stop using StatsNGuts and request account closure by contacting us. Account closure does not automatically create a right to a refund and does not remove obligations that arose before closure.

Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, rewards, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that should reasonably continue will survive termination.

18. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StatsNGuts is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that every statistic, prediction, recommendation, score, ranking, data point, feature, voucher, or third-party integration will always be accurate, complete, current, secure, or available.

To the extent permitted by law, StatsNGuts and Amatres will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost winnings, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to StatsNGuts for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event that created the claim.

StatsNGuts is not liable for a private-contest host’s failure to provide a prize, reward, payment, voucher, or other promised benefit.

To the extent permitted by law, StatsNGuts is not responsible for opinions, strategies, claims, links, disputes, or other User Content posted by users, or for harm caused by a user’s decision to rely on or interact with that content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

19. Your responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of StatsNGuts, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or manipulation of an account, payment, prize, voucher, SNG Token balance, league, contest, or promotion.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction available under applicable law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or StatsNGuts.

Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written communication.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to StatsNGuts, Premium subscriptions, payments, prizes, SNG Tokens, voucher redemptions, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations.

The updated version will display a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change is material, we may also provide notice through the Website, your account, or the contact information associated with your account.

Updated Terms apply from their stated effective date. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that have already accrued unless permitted by law.

22. Miscellaneous

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a lawful reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of the relevant business.

These Terms, together with the policies and activity-specific rules referred to in them, form the agreement governing your use of StatsNGuts.
