Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain how payments for the annual StatsNGuts Premium subscription are priced, processed through Razorpay, confirmed, corrected, and connected to Premium access.

1. Scope of these Payment Terms

StatsNGuts is owned and operated by Amatres Technologies Private Limited (“Amatres”, “StatsNGuts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Payment Terms apply when you purchase StatsNGuts Premium or otherwise make a payment directly to StatsNGuts.

They form part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the product, price, subscription period, and payment details shown at checkout and agree to these Payment Terms.

2. Annual StatsNGuts Premium subscription

StatsNGuts Premium is offered as a one-year subscription. It is purchased through a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.

An active Premium subscription provides access to all features designated as Premium, including eligible Premium features added and made generally available during the active subscription period.

Premium access is personal to the account through which it was purchased. It cannot be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or shared with unrelated users.

No recurring annual charge

StatsNGuts does not automatically charge you for another year. To continue Premium access after expiry, you must actively purchase a new one-year subscription.

3. Pricing, currency, and taxes

The applicable Premium price, currency, subscription period, and any taxes or charges collected by StatsNGuts will be displayed before you submit payment.

By completing checkout, you agree to pay the total amount shown for the selected purchase.

Your bank, card issuer, UPI application, payment provider, or other financial institution may impose its own fees, conversion rates, transaction limits, or verification requirements. StatsNGuts does not control those external charges or processes.

You are responsible for reviewing the final amount shown before authorising payment.

4. Razorpay and available payment methods

StatsNGuts uses Razorpay as its third-party payment gateway. Payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout and may depend on Razorpay, your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, device, and location.

Razorpay and the relevant payment participants process the transaction under their own terms, privacy notices, security procedures, and technical requirements.

The availability of a particular payment method is not guaranteed. A bank or payment provider may reject, delay, limit, or require additional verification for a transaction.

StatsNGuts is not responsible for service interruptions or restrictions caused solely by Razorpay, a bank, a payment network, a UPI provider, or another external payment service.

5. Payment authorisation

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • the payment and billing information you provide is accurate;
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • you authorise the payment provider to process the total amount displayed at checkout;
  • the purchase is being made for a lawful purpose and not through fraud, impersonation, or misuse; and
  • you understand that Premium is a one-year, non-auto-renewing digital subscription.

A payment attempt does not by itself mean that the payment has been successfully completed. The payment must be confirmed through the payment-processing flow.

6. Payment confirmation and Premium activation

Premium access is normally activated after StatsNGuts receives successful payment confirmation from Razorpay and associates the transaction with the correct StatsNGuts account.

Payment confirmation may not be immediate when a bank or payment provider is still processing, verifying, or updating the transaction.

You must be signed in to the correct StatsNGuts account when completing the purchase. Premium access is applied to the account associated with the transaction and is not ordinarily moved to a different account after activation.

Payment completed but Premium is missing

If Razorpay or your bank shows a successful payment but Premium access has not appeared, do not immediately make a second payment. Contact us with your registered email address and transaction reference so that we can investigate.

7. Failed, pending, and interrupted payments

A transaction may fail, remain pending, time out, or be interrupted because of bank availability, network issues, insufficient funds, authentication failure, payment-provider restrictions, or another technical reason.

Premium access is not activated for a payment that has been confirmed as failed.

When a transaction remains pending or your account is debited without Premium being activated, allow the bank and Razorpay reasonable time to update the final payment status before attempting another payment.

Contact us if the payment status does not resolve or the amount is not automatically reversed. Include:

  • the email address associated with your StatsNGuts account;
  • the approximate payment date and time;
  • the amount paid;
  • the Razorpay payment or order reference, where available;
  • the payment method category; and
  • a screenshot that does not reveal complete card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, bank passwords, or other sensitive credentials.

8. Subscription expiry and non-renewal

Premium access continues for the paid one-year subscription term, subject to these Payment Terms, our Terms and Conditions, service availability, and account status.

The subscription expires automatically at the end of the active term. No new annual payment is initiated by StatsNGuts at expiry.

To continue accessing Premium features after expiry, you must complete a new purchase at the price and terms available at that time.

The price of a future subscription term may differ from the price paid for an earlier term.

9. Refunds and verified payment errors

Because Premium provides access to digital features after successful payment, StatsNGuts does not provide a general cancellation or refund window after purchase.

We may investigate and provide an appropriate resolution where there is evidence of:

  • a duplicate payment for the same intended purchase;
  • an unauthorised transaction;
  • a successfully completed payment that did not activate Premium access;
  • an amount incorrectly charged by StatsNGuts; or
  • another verified payment-processing error.

A refund is not ordinarily provided merely because:

  • you changed your mind after purchase;
  • you did not use the available Premium features;
  • you expected a prediction or analysis to produce a particular result;
  • you forgot to use the subscription before it expired;
  • an individual Premium feature was changed, replaced, or removed while other Premium access remained available; or
  • your account was restricted for fraud, abuse, account sharing, or a material breach of our Terms.

Nothing in these Payment Terms excludes a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

When a refund is approved, it is normally initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear depends on Razorpay, the payment method, the issuing bank, and other payment participants.

10. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact StatsNGuts before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute when you believe that a transaction is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorised, or not connected to Premium access.

This gives us an opportunity to identify the transaction and resolve a genuine technical or billing issue.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed after Premium has been activated, we may temporarily restrict the associated Premium access while the matter is investigated.

We may provide transaction, account, activation, usage, and communication records to Razorpay, the relevant financial institution, or another authorised participant when reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction, termination, or other action permitted by our Terms and applicable law.

11. Receipts and transaction records

Payment confirmation and transaction information may be made available through Razorpay, the payment interface, your bank, or a StatsNGuts account or communication.

You should retain the Razorpay payment reference, order reference, bank reference, or other confirmation connected with your purchase.

StatsNGuts may retain limited transaction and subscription records for access management, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audits, and legal compliance.

Contact us if you require assistance identifying a StatsNGuts transaction. We may ask you to verify the account and limited payment details before disclosing information.

12. Offers, discounts, and future price changes

StatsNGuts may occasionally provide promotional prices, discounts, vouchers, or limited offers. Additional eligibility, duration, redemption, and usage conditions may apply.

An offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer unless its stated conditions expressly permit it.

We may change the price of StatsNGuts Premium for future purchases. A price change does not alter the paid term of an already-active subscription.

When an existing subscription expires, any new purchase will be made at the price and terms displayed at the time of that new checkout.

13. Free activities, private contests, and SNG Tokens

Official StatsNGuts quizzes, leagues, contests, and promotions are free to play. StatsNGuts does not charge an entry fee to participate in those activities.

SNG Tokens cannot be purchased. They are earned through eligible StatsNGuts activities and may only be redeemed for Amazon vouchers in denominations made available by StatsNGuts.

Payment for Premium does not guarantee a prize, ranking, contest result, SNG Token allocation, or Amazon voucher unless a specific published offer expressly states otherwise.

Private contests are also hosted through free-to-use contest features. StatsNGuts does not process entry fees or collect payments on behalf of private-contest hosts.

Private-contest prizes

Any prize promised by a private-contest host is the host’s responsibility. StatsNGuts does not hold, verify, guarantee, or fulfil private-contest prizes.

Do not send money or payment credentials to another user who claims that payment is required to join a StatsNGuts private contest.

14. Payment security and privacy

Payment details are entered into and processed through Razorpay and the relevant financial institutions.

StatsNGuts may receive limited transaction information such as the payment status, amount, currency, payment reference, payment-method category, and limited billing or contact details.

StatsNGuts does not require you to send us full card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or payment OTPs.

Protect your payment credentials

Never send your card PIN, UPI PIN, bank password, CVV, or OTP to StatsNGuts, a private-contest host, or another user. StatsNGuts support will not ask you to disclose these credentials.

Information relating to payments is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Razorpay and other payment participants also process information under their own privacy notices and legal responsibilities.

15. Changes to these Payment Terms

We may update these Payment Terms to reflect changes to Premium, pricing, payment methods, Razorpay processes, refunds, security, applicable law, or our business operations.

The revised version will show an updated date at the top of this page. Where a change is material, we may provide additional notice through StatsNGuts, your account, email, or another appropriate channel.

Changes to these Payment Terms do not retroactively create an automatic renewal or additional charge for an existing subscription.

For payment, Premium activation, duplicate-charge, or refund-related assistance, contact connect@statsnguts.com.

Include the email address associated with your StatsNGuts account, the transaction amount, approximate payment time, and Razorpay reference where available.

Do not include your password, complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password, or OTP.
