Saif Hassan

Saif Hassan is a Bangladeshi cricketer born on October 30, 1998, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is a right-handed opening batsman and occasional right-arm offbreak bowler. Hassan has been a standout performer in Bangladesh's domestic cricket circuit, becoming the youngest player in the country to score a first-class double century during the 2016-17 National Cricket League. He has also been a prolific run-scorer in the Dhaka Premier League, leading as the top run-scorer in the 2018-19 season with 814 runs in 16 matches.

Internationally, Saif made his debut for Bangladesh in February 2020 in a Test match against Pakistan. He has been recognized for his solid technique and temperament as an opener. Hassan has captained Bangladesh's Under-19 side and played key roles in youth tournaments, including the 2016 Under-19 World Cup and 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup as captain.
