George Linde

George Fredrik Linde (born 4 December 1991) is a South African cricketer who made his international debut in October 2019. As a left-arm orthodox spin bowler and left-handed batsman, he is regarded as an all-rounder. Domestically, Linde has played for Western Province, Cape Cobras, and various T20 franchise teams including Cape Town Blitz and Multan Sultans. He was named the CSA Four-Day Cricketer of the Year in 2020 and has taken over ten five-wicket hauls in first-class cricket.

Internationally, Linde debuted in Test cricket against India in October 2019, made his T20I debut against England in November 2020, and his ODI debut against Sri Lanka in September 2021. He earned a notable five-wicket haul in a Test series against Pakistan in 2021. In December 2024, Linde made a comeback and was Player of the Match in a T20 series against Pakistan for his strong all-round performance. He has also signed a two-year contract to play for Kent County Cricket Club in England starting 2022, highlighting his experience in international franchise cricket.
