Teja Nidamanuru

Anil Teja Nidamanuru, born on August 22, 1994, in Vijayawada, India, is an Indian-born Dutch cricketer who plays for the Netherlands cricket team. He has also represented Auckland in New Zealand domestic cricket. As of 2021, Nidamanuru works as a business development manager for a workflow management company, alongside his cricket commitments.

Nidamanuru's cricket career began in New Zealand, where he made his Twenty20 debut for Auckland in the 2017–18 Super Smash and his List A debut in the 2018–19 Ford Trophy. In 2019, he moved to the Netherlands and took up a position as player-coach at Utrecht-based Kampong Cricket Club. He later switched to Punjab Rotterdam and showcased his batting prowess by scoring 104 runs from 42 balls in a match against VOC Rotterdam in the 2021 Dutch T20 Cup.

Nidamanuru's international career with the Netherlands began in May 2022, when he was named in the Dutch One Day International (ODI) squad for their series against the West Indies. He made his ODI debut on May 31, 2022, and was later included in the Netherlands' Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier B tournament in Zimbabwe, making his T20I debut on July 11, 2022, against Papua New Guinea.

In March 2023, Nidamanuru was named in the Dutch ODI squad for their series against Zimbabwe. In the first ODI, he scored his maiden century in ODI cricket, with a score of 110 runs off 96 balls. His impressive innings helped the Netherlands recover from a precarious position of 110/6 while chasing Zimbabwe's total of 249, ultimately leading the team to a three-wicket victory.
