Brandon King

Brandon Alexander King, born on 16 December 1994 in Jamaica, is a right-handed batsman who plays domestic cricket for Jamaica and represents the West Indies internationally. He was part of the West Indies squad for the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup and made his international debut in November 2019.

King has been a prominent player in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), notably scoring the highest individual innings in CPL history with an unbeaten 132 off 72 balls for Guyana Amazon Warriors in 2019. He made his Twenty20 debut for St Kitts & Nevis Patriots in 2017 and has been a consistent run-scorer in domestic and franchise cricket.

Internationally, King debuted in ODIs and T20Is against Afghanistan in November 2019. He has shown promise with several half-centuries and continues to be a key middle-order batsman for the West Indies. In May 2024, he was named in the West Indies squad for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, reflecting his ongoing importance to the team across formats.
