In the franchise circuit, Powell has been a sought-after player, featuring in leagues such as the Indian Premier League (IPL), Caribbean Premier League (CPL), Pakistan Super League (PSL), and the International League T20 (ILT20). He made his IPL debut with the Delhi Capitals in 2022, delivering impactful performances that led to a subsequent stint with the Rajasthan Royals in 2024. In the CPL, he captained the Jamaica Tallawahs to a title win in 2022 and later led the Barbados Royals. Powell's aggressive batting style and leadership acumen continue to make him a valuable asset in both international and franchise cricket.
