Renuka Singh Thakur, born on February 1, 1996, in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, is a prominent right-arm medium-fast bowler for the Indian women's cricket team. She plays domestically for Railways and was previously associated with Himachal Pradesh. Renuka made her WT20 International debut for India on October 7, 2021, against Australia and her WODI debut on February 18, 2022, against New Zealand. She made her Test debut in December 2023 against England.

Renuka was the leading wicket-taker in the 2019–20 Senior Women's One Day League with 23 wickets, showcasing her consistent bowling ability. She was named in India’s squad for the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup and the 2022 Commonwealth Games, where she was the leading wicket-taker with 11 wickets and helped India win the silver medal. In the 2023 Women's T20 World Cup, she recorded her first five-wicket haul in T20Is against England. Renuka was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore in the inaugural Women’s Premier League auction for INR 1.5 crore in 2023. Known for her impactful bowling with the new ball, she has become an essential bowler for India with excellent averages and match-winning performances.
