Freya Kemp

Freya Rose Kemp, born on April 21, 2005, in London, England, is a left-handed batting all-rounder and left-arm medium pace bowler for the England women's cricket team. She burst onto the scene at 17 with Southern Vipers, taking nine wickets in the 2022 Charlotte Edwards Cup and scoring at a strike rate over 150 in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy. Kemp earned her international T20I debut against New Zealand in September 2021, becoming the youngest Englishwoman to score a T20I half-century (52 off 41) against India later that year. Selected for the Commonwealth Games and awarded an ECB central contract in 2022, she plays for Southern Brave in The Hundred and Perth Scorchers in WBBL.
