Qiana Joseph

Qiana Joseph, born on 1 January 2001 in Saint Lucia, is a left-arm orthodox bowler and all-rounder who plays for the Windward Islands and Barbados Royals. She made her international debut for the West Indies at the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup and has since been a regular member of the team, including appearances in the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 and the 2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier. Joseph was awarded a central contract by Cricket West Indies in 2021 and made her WT20I debut in August 2021 against South Africa.

Initially starting her career as a left-arm pace bowler, Joseph later transitioned to spin bowling and has developed into a key player for the West Indies, also contributing as a batter. She scored her first WT20I half-century in the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup group match against England, helping West Indies reach the semi-finals. Joseph continues to be an integral part of the squad, recently participating in the 2025 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier in Pakistan.
