Ethan D'Souza

Ethan Carl D'Souza, born on March 17, 2006, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is a talented left-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler who represents the UAE national cricket team. He began playing cricket at the age of three, guided initially by his father, and was trained at the Zayed Cricket Academy. Ethan made his professional debut in the Abu Dhabi T10 League at just 16 years old, becoming the youngest player to represent Team Abu Dhabi in the league. His exceptional performances in domestic cricket, including leading Team Abu Dhabi to victory in the 2023 U19 ECB Inter-Emirates Tournament, quickly earned him a call-up to the UAE national team. Ethan made his One Day International debut against the West Indies on June 9, 2023, followed by his Twenty20 International debut on May 21, 2025, against Bangladesh.

Ethan D'Souza is celebrated for his solid batting technique combined with a strike rate suited for the shorter formats of the game.
