Karim Janat, born on August 11, 1998, is an Afghan cricketer who has made a significant impact on the international stage. His journey began with his inclusion in Afghanistan's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, showcasing his potential at a young age.

Janat made his first-class debut against the England Lions on December 7, 2016, marking the beginning of his professional career. He quickly transitioned to the international arena, making his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut against the United Arab Emirates on December 14, 2016.
