Luke Wood

Luke Wood is an English cricketer born on August 2, 1995, in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. He is a left-arm fast-medium bowler and a left-handed batsman, known primarily for his bowling prowess. Wood made his first-class debut for Nottinghamshire in 2014 and later joined Lancashire in 2020 to further his career and increase his chances of international selection. His ability to swing the ball, combined with good pace and accuracy, has made him an effective bowler in domestic and franchise cricket.

Wood made his T20 International debut for England in September 2022 against Pakistan and his One Day International (ODI) debut in November 2022 against Australia.
