Max Heingo

Max Heingo is a highly promising right-arm fast-medium bowler and a rising star in the Namibian national team. Born in Oshakati in December 2004, Heingo's journey from playing street cricket in Oshali village to the international stage is a testament to his rapid ascent. Often compared to Kagiso Rabada for his bowling action, he made a dream international debut in October 2025 during Namibia's historic one-off T20I against South Africa. In that match, he produced a match-defining spell, claiming 2/32 and dismissing the Proteas' opening batter to help secure Namibia's first-ever victory over their neighbors.

As of early 2026, Heingo has established himself as a vital young weapon in the Richelieu Eagles' pace attack, known for his ability to generate bounce and bowl disciplined lines under pressure.
