Muhammad Arfan

Muhammad Arfan Khan is a left-handed all-rounder and a key new addition to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) white-ball setup. Born on May 5, 1993, he rose through the ranks of the UAE’s highly competitive domestic and tape-ball circuits, representing prolific sides like the Seven Districts and Sharjah. Known for his ability to strike the ball cleanly as a left-handed batter and provide crucial breakthroughs with his right-arm medium-fast bowling, Arfan spent years honing his craft in T10 and regional T20 leagues before finally breaking into the senior national team in late 2025.

As of early 2026, Arfan has quickly established himself as a reliable utility player for the UAE. He made his T20I debut against Malaysia in October 2025 and made an immediate impact during the ACC Men’s T20I Premier Cup, where his disciplined economy rate of 5.74 and a career-best 2/8 against Samoa highlighted his value as a tactical bowling option. Beyond his international duties, he is a seasoned traveler in the UAE's franchise landscape, having been part of the Gulf Giants and Dubai Capitals development squads, as well as the Morrisville Samp Army in the Abu Dhabi T10.
