Saqib Zulfiqar

Saqib Zulfiqar, born on March 28, 1997, is a talented Dutch cricketer known for his contributions to the national team. He made his List A debut for the Netherlands against the United Arab Emirates on July 17, 2017. Notably, in this match, he played alongside his brothers Asad and Sikander, marking a unique moment as the first instance of three siblings featuring in a professional cricket team during the same game. Zulfiqar also made his first-class debut for the Netherlands in the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup on August 15, 2017.

Zulfiqar's international career highlights include being named in the Netherlands' Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the 2018 Netherlands Tri-Nation Series in June 2018. He made his T20I debut against Ireland on June 12, 2018. In June 2019, he was selected for the Netherlands' One Day International (ODI) squad for their series against Zimbabwe, making his ODI debut against Zimbabwe on June 21, 2019. Additionally, in April 2020, he was among the seventeen Dutch-based cricketers named in the team's senior squad.

In the T20 format, Zulfiqar was chosen to represent the Rotterdam Rhinos in the inaugural edition of the Euro T20 Slam cricket tournament in July 2019. However, the tournament was unfortunately cancelled the following month, impacting his T20 career at that time.
