Ritu Moni, born on February 5, 1993, in Bogra, Bangladesh, is a key all-rounder for the Bangladesh women's national cricket team. She bats right-handed and bowls right-arm medium pace, known for her ability to contribute in critical moments with both bat and ball. Ritu made her WODI debut in August 2012 against Pakistan and her T20 International debut later that month against Ireland.

Throughout her career, Ritu has been a consistent performer for Bangladesh, representing the country in several major tournaments, including the ICC Women’s World Twenty20 (2018, 2020, 2024), the Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifiers, the 2019 South Asian Games (where Bangladesh won gold), and the 2022 Commonwealth Games Cricket Qualifier. She has contributed with economical bowling and valuable lower-order runs, playing a vital role in Bangladesh’s rise in international women's cricket. Known for her composure and tenacity, Ritu continues to be a significant part of the national side, participating actively in recent ICC events, including the 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier.
