Ashleigh Gardner

Ashleigh Katherine Gardner, born on April 15, 1997, in Bankstown, New South Wales, is a dynamic Australian all-rounder renowned for her explosive right-handed batting and effective right-arm off-spin bowling. She began her professional career with New South Wales in the Women's National Cricket League (WNCL) and quickly made an impact in the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) with the Sydney Sixers. Gardner's aggressive style and match-winning performances helped her earn the Young Gun award in WBBL|02 and Player of the Tournament in WBBL|08, highlighting her significance in domestic cricket.

Internationally, Gardner made her debut in 2017 and has since been a vital contributor to Australia's success across all formats. She was part of Australia's victorious squads in multiple ICC Women's T20 World Cups and the 2022 ICC Women's Cricket World Cup.
