Abhinandan Singh

Abhinandan Singh, a 27-year-old Indian pacer, was acquired by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for ₹30 lakh in the IPL 2025 auction. Known for his pace and ability to bowl effective bouncers, Abhinandan has been a net bowler for Kolkata Knight Riders in the past. He gained recognition for his performances in smaller leagues and the DY Patil T20 Cup, where he shared the new ball with Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Krunal Pandya.

Abhinandan's impressive stint in the 2024 Uttar Pradesh T20 League, where he took 15 wickets in 10 matches at an average of 17, caught the attention of IPL franchises. His ability to swing the ball away from right-handers and attack the stumps when bowling to left-handers makes him a promising powerplay bowler. Despite RCB's strong pace attack, Abhinandan's skills could earn him a chance to play if any of the regular bowlers are injured or out of form.
