Jitesh Mohan Sharma, the promising Indian cricketer, has been making waves both domestically and internationally with his impressive performances. Born on 22 October 1993, Sharma represents the Indian national cricket team and has showcased his talent for Vidarbha in domestic cricket and Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League.

Sharma's journey in cricket began with Vidarbha, where he made his List A debut in the 2013–14 Vijay Hazare Trophy. His consistent performances earned him a spot in the first-class arena during the 2015–16 Ranji Trophy season. Notably, he emerged as the leading run-scorer for Vidarbha in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, further cementing his credentials as a reliable batsman.

His prowess in domestic cricket caught the attention of selectors, leading to his maiden call-up to the Indian cricket team for the T20I series against Sri Lanka in January 2023.
