Nathan Trevor Ellis, born on 22 September 1994, is an Australian cricketer who made his mark with a historic debut for the Australia cricket team in August 2021. Notably, Ellis etched his name in cricketing annals by becoming the first cricketer to claim a hat-trick on his debut in a Twenty20 International (T20I) match, a feat that showcased his immense talent and potential from the outset.

Ellis's career trajectory saw him rise through the ranks, making significant contributions across various formats. His journey in T20 cricket began with the Hobart Hurricanes in the 2018 Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy, marking his debut with a promising start.
