Swastik Chikara, a young cricket sensation from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, made headlines in 2019 with a breathtaking performance in a local tournament. His explosive inning of 585 runs off just 167 balls not only showcased his talent but also helped his team set a world record total of 704 runs.

Recently, Chikara represented Uttar Pradesh U-25 in the Col CK Nayudu Trophy, where he impressed with his batting prowess, scoring 371 runs at an average of 53.00 in six matches. Despite his stellar performance, Uttar Pradesh was knocked out of the tournament in the quarterfinals. Born on April 3, 2005, Chikara is currently representing the Meerut Mavericks in the Uttar Pradesh Under-25 team.

His exceptional skills were on full display in a thrilling encounter between Meerut Mavericks and Kanpur Superstars in the 2017 Uttar Pradesh T20 League.Facing the Kanpur Superstars' bowling attack, Chikara stole the show with a scintillating century. His unbeaten knock of 100 runs from just 57 deliveries, including 13 fours and three sixes, laid the foundation for Meerut's imposing total. With a strike rate of 175.44, Chikara's innings was a masterclass in power-hitting.
