Ajay Mandal
Ajay Jadav Mandal, an Indian cricketer, commenced his journey in first-class cricket with Chhattisgarh during the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy, marking his debut on 6th October 2016.
Subsequently, he made his presence felt in the T20 format, representing Chhattisgarh in the 2016–17 Inter State Twenty-20 Tournament on 29th January 2017, followed by his List A debut in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 30th September 2018.
In a noteworthy move for the 2023 season, Mandal secured a spot with Doncaster Town Cricket Club as their overseas professional player. In the IPL arena, Mandal's talent caught the eye of Chennai Super Kings, who enlisted him as an all-rounder batsman for the IPL 2023 edition, securing him for INR 20 Lakhs. However, as of 7th April 2023, Mandal is yet to make his debut in the IPL.
