Kamindu Mendis

Kamindu Mendis, born on September 30, 1998, in Galle, Sri Lanka, is a versatile cricketer known for his left-handed batting and ambidextrous bowling skills, capable of bowling both left-arm orthodox and off-spin with either hand. He has represented Sri Lanka across all formats and has been a standout performer in Test cricket, scoring 1004 runs in his first eight matches with an impressive average of 91.2712.

Mendis made his international debut in a T20I against England in 2018 and his ODI debut against South Africa in 20191. He has been part of several domestic teams, including Colombo Cricket Club and Kandy Falcons in the Lanka Premier League.
