Krains Fuletra is a 21-year-old left-arm wrist spinner (chinaman) from Saurashtra who was signed by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) for ₹30 lakh at the IPL 2026 auction. His selection is a testament to the 'scouting-first' approach of the Sunrisers; Fuletra spent the 2025 season as a net bowler for the franchise, where he famously left international superstar Heinrich Klaasen flustered. Klaasen later admitted in a podcast that despite facing the world's best, he 'just couldn't hit' the tiny spinner, whose variations and deceptive lengths made him a nightmare in the nets.

A native of Maadiya village, Fuletra's journey from his father’s paan shop to the IPL main squad is fueled by a unique transition—he originally started as a left-arm pacer before reinventing himself as a wrist spinner. While his traditional domestic numbers are steady (14 wickets in 7 U-23 One-Dayers), it is his 'X-factor' variety that earned him a recommendation from Saurashtra captain Jaydev Unadkat.
