Krunal Himanshu Pandya, born on 24 March 1991, has carved a niche for himself in Indian cricket, representing both his country and various domestic teams. A dynamic all-rounder known for his left-handed batting and slow left-arm orthodox bowling, Pandya currently leads Baroda in domestic cricket and plies his trade for the Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL. Making his international debut for the Indian cricket team in November 2018 marked the beginning of his journey on the grand stage of cricket.

Pandya's stellar performances have earned him accolades, including scoring the fastest half-century by a cricketer on ODI debut in 2021, showcasing his ability to make an immediate impact at the highest level. In the IPL arena, Pandya's journey began with the Mumbai Indians, who purchased him for ₹2 crore at the 2016 IPL auction. His impactful performances, including a memorable innings of 86 runs from 37 balls and crucial wickets against Delhi Daredevils in 2017, solidified his position as a key player for the franchise.
