Sameer Rizvi

Born on December 6, 2003, in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, Sameer Rizvi is swiftly making a name for himself in the world of cricket. Often compared to the legendary Suresh Raina for his playing style, Rizvi's journey in cricket began at the age of eleven, under the guidance of his maternal uncle, Tankeeb Akhtar, at the Gandhibagh Academy in Meerut.

Despite facing challenges, including being the main breadwinner for his family at a young age due to his father's illness, Rizvi's passion and talent for cricket remained undeterred. His natural flair for big hitting caught the attention of cricketing stalwarts early on. Rizvi's cricketing career took off when he made his first-class debut for Uttar Pradesh in the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy at the age of 16.
