Vaibhav Suryavanshi

Vaibhav Suryavanshi, born on March 27, 2011, in Bihar, is a cricketing prodigy who has made history as one of the youngest players in professional cricket. A left-handed batter, he made his first-class debut for Bihar in the Ranji Trophy in January 2024 at just 12 years and 284 days old, becoming the second-youngest cricketer to play in the tournament. Later that year, he became the youngest player to sign an IPL contract when Rajasthan Royals acquired him for ₹1.1 crore during the IPL 2025 auction.

Vaibhav also became the youngest player to feature in List A cricket, debuting for Bihar in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in December 2024 at 13 years and 269 days. He further impressed with a quickfire 71 off 42 balls in the same tournament, becoming the youngest Indian to score a fifty in List A cricket. Despite his young age, Vaibhav has already represented India U-19s and played crucial roles in domestic tournaments like the Vinoo Mankad Trophy. His remarkable talent and potential have made him one of Indian cricket's most exciting young prospects.
