Andy McBrine

Andy McBrine is a left-handed batter and right-arm off-spinner who has been a cornerstone of Irish cricket since his debut in 2014. Born on April 30, 1993, in Derry, Northern Ireland, he hails from a cricketing family, with both his father and uncle having represented Ireland. McBrine has played across all formats, amassing over 500 Test runs at an average of 35.92 and taking 25 wickets, including a best of 6/118 against Bangladesh in 2023. In ODIs, he has featured in over 90 matches, claiming 90 wickets with a best of 5/29. His ability to contribute with both bat and ball has made him a valuable asset to the team.

McBrine's domestic career includes playing for North West Warriors, where he has been a consistent performer.
