Aaliyah Alleyne

Aaliyah Alicia Alleyne, born on 11 November 1994, is a Barbadian right-arm medium bowler who plays for the West Indies women's cricket team as well as domestic sides Barbados and Barbados Royals. She made her international debut in November 2019 during a series against India, featuring in both One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals. Alleyne was part of the West Indies squad for major tournaments including the 2020 ICC Women's T20 World Cup, the 2021 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier, the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup, and the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup.

Awarded a central contract by Cricket West Indies in May 2021, Alleyne has been a consistent presence in the team’s bowling attack. She also represented Barbados in the cricket tournament at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Continuing her international career, Alleyne was named in the West Indies squad for the 2025 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier in Pakistan, reflecting her ongoing role as a key bowler for the team.
