Louise Little

Louise Little is a highly talented, dynamic right-arm medium bowler and hard-hitting lower-order batter who represents a vital cog in the pace department for the Ireland women’s national cricket team. Born on May 16, 2003, in Dublin, she hails from one of Ireland’s most passionate modern cricketing families, rising through the high-performance pipeline alongside her brother and international men's pace spearhead, Josh Little. Operating as a robust frontline seamer with a natural ability to extract bounce and move the ball off the deck, Little’s rapid growth across the regional circuit and the domestic Super Series quickly earmarked her as an elite, young bowling prospect for the senior national squad.

She broke into the senior international arena at just 14 years old, making her formal One Day International (ODI) debut against South Africa in May 2017, followed shortly after by her Women’s Twenty20 International (WT20I) debut against the same opponents.
