Amir Jangoo
Amir Jangoo, born on 14 October 1998 in Trinidad, is a left-handed wicketkeeper-batsman who plays domestic cricket for Trinidad and Tobago. He made his List A debut in January 2017 and his first-class debut in March 2017. Jangoo has been a consistent performer in domestic cricket, with notable innings including a century against the Leeward Islands in the 2018–19 Regional Four Day Competition.
He has also played in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) for teams like St Kitts & Nevis Patriots and Trinbago Knight Riders. In June 2021, Jangoo was named in the West Indies A squad for a series against Bangladesh A, and he made his T20 International debut for the West Indies against New Zealand in August 2023. Known for his solid technique and ability to play long innings, Jangoo continues to be a promising talent in West Indies cricket.
