Wiaan Mulder

Wiaan Mulder is a technically gifted right-handed batting all-rounder who has long been heralded as a potential successor to the legendary Jacques Kallis. Born on February 19, 1998, in Johannesburg, Mulder was a standout performer for St Stithians College before leading South Africa’s bowling attack in the 2016 Under-19 World Cup. His rise was meteoric; he made his ODI debut at just 19 and quickly became a fixture in the Proteas' Test side due to his ability to swing the ball and anchor the middle order. A true multi-format asset, Mulder has enjoyed successful stints in English County Cricket with Leicestershire and Kent, and he was a key member of the South African squad that secured the 2023–2025 ICC World Test Championship title.
