Mohammad Wasim

Mohammad Wasim Jr, born on August 25, 2001, in North Waziristan, Pakistan, is a right-arm medium-fast bowler and right-handed batsman who has shown promise as a young all-rounder for Pakistan. He rose through the ranks in Pakistan’s domestic cricket, playing for teams such as Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League, as well as representing various regional under-19 teams before making his international debut.

Wasim Jr made his T20 International debut for Pakistan in July 2021 against the West Indies and his ODI debut in March 2022 against Australia. Up to 2025, he has played 29 T20Is with 36 wickets at an average of 20.83 and 22 ODIs with 36 wickets at an average of 27.25.
