Aaron Hardie

Aaron Mark Hardie, born January 7, 1999, is an Australian international cricketer who plays as a right-handed all-rounder, bowling right-arm medium-fast. He represents Australia in ODI and T20I formats and plays domestically for Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League. Born in England but raised in Perth, Hardie made his domestic T20 debut in January 2019 and first-class debut in March 2019. He scored his maiden first-class century in March 2020 and played a pivotal unbeaten 174 in the 2022 Sheffield Shield final, helping Western Australia win the title. In 2022, he also played for Surrey in England’s T20 Blast and County Championship.

Hardie made his international debut in August 2023 during Australia’s T20I series against South Africa and shortly after debuted in ODIs in September 2023. Known for his versatility and all-round skills, he has quickly become a valuable player in Australia’s limited-overs squads. Hardie was recently signed by Punjab Kings for the 2025 IPL season, reflecting his rising profile in franchise cricket.
