Jake Matthew Fraser-McGurk, born on April 11, 2002, is an Australian international cricketer known for his aggressive right-handed batting. He represents Australia in ODI and T20I formats and plays domestically for South Australia, Melbourne Renegades, Delhi Capitals in the IPL, and the San Francisco Unicorns. Fraser-McGurk made his first-class and List A debuts for Victoria in November 2019, scoring fifties in both. He broke the record for the fastest List A century in October 2023, reaching 100 runs off just 29 balls. In the 2024 IPL season, he impressed with 330 runs in 9 innings at a strike rate of 234, including a 55-run debut against Lucknow Super Giants.

Internationally, Fraser-McGurk was part of Australia’s squad for the 2020 Under-19 World Cup but had to leave early due to an injury. He was named as a reserve for Australia’s 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup squad and later included in the white-ball tour of England and Scotland. He made his T20I debut against Scotland in September 2024, becoming the first Australian top-six batter dismissed for a duck on T20I debut but quickly recovered by scoring his maiden international half-century against England the same month. His rapid rise and powerful batting style mark him as one of Australia’s most promising young talents.
