Gongadi Trisha is a prodigious all-rounder from Telangana who has become a symbol of historic excellence in India’s youth cricket. Born on December 15, 2005, in Bhadrachalam, she was a child sensation who debuted for the Hyderabad senior state team at just 12 years old. Her 2025 season was nothing short of legendary; she spearheaded India’s successful defense of the Under-19 T20 World Cup in Malaysia, finishing as the tournament's leading run-scorer with 309 runs. During that campaign, she etched her name in the history books by scoring an unbeaten 110 against Scotland—the first-ever century in the history of the Women’s U19 T20 World Cup. For her dominant performances with both bat and ball, including a match-winning 3/15 and an unbeaten 44 in the final against South Africa, she was deservingly named Player of the Tournament.
