Brad Evans

Brad Evans is a Zimbabwean cricketer born on March 24, 1997, in Harare. He is known primarily as a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler, fitting the role of a bowling all-rounder. Evans made his first-class debut in 2018 playing for Cardiff MCCU, and subsequently participated in Zimbabwe's domestic competitions including the Logan Cup and the Zimbabwe Domestic Twenty20 Competition. He was named in Zimbabwe's T20 International squad in 2022 and made his debut against Namibia in May of that year.

Evans quickly progressed to higher honors, making his One Day International debut for Zimbabwe in August 2022 against Bangladesh. Notably, within two weeks of his ODI debut, he achieved his career-best bowling figures of 5 for 54 against India at Harare Sports Club, showcasing his potential as a key bowler for Zimbabwe. He also made his Test debut in February 2023 against the West Indies. As a promising young all-rounder, Brad Evans is recognized for his control and skill with the ball and continues to be an emerging talent in Zimbabwean cricket.
