Mohammad Haris

Mohammad Haris is a dynamic Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter known for his aggressive approach and ability to score quickly from the outset. Born on March 30, 2001, in Peshawar, Haris progressed through Pakistan’s age-group system and represented the country at the 2020 ICC Under-19 World Cup before making his senior international debut in 2022. A right-handed batter who can operate at the top of the order or in the middle order, he has built his reputation around fearless stroke play and an attacking mindset.

Haris gained wider recognition during the 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup after being added to Pakistan’s squad as a replacement for the injured Fakhar Zaman. He immediately brought energy to Pakistan’s batting unit with his willingness to attack pace and spin, playing important cameos during the latter stages of the tournament as Pakistan reached the final.
