Jane Maguire

Jane Maguire is a tenacious right-arm medium-pace bowler and lower-order contributor who has developed into an important seam option for the Ireland women’s national cricket team. Hailing from Dublin and representing the Scorchers domestically, she broke into the senior international setup as a teenager, making her One Day International debut against Zimbabwe in late 2021 before adding her T20 International debut against South Africa in mid-2022. Known for her disciplined line and length, she relies on hitting tight areas and generating movement off the surface to challenge batters during critical phases of an innings.
