Farjana Easmin

Farjana Easmin is a promising young Bangladeshi right-arm medium pacer who has progressed rapidly through the country’s age-group pathway. Born on August 25, 2009, she is a right-handed batter and primarily contributes as a bowler. Easmin represented Bangladesh at Under-19 level, including at the 2025 ICC Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup, before earning opportunities with Bangladesh A Women and moving closer to the senior national setup.

Easmin’s bowling is built around her right-arm pace and the ability to provide a seam-bowling option in the shorter formats, while she can also make useful contributions with the bat lower down the order. Her development continued with Bangladesh A at the 2026 Women’s Asia Cup Rising Stars, where she featured regularly with the ball. She also demonstrated her batting ability against Thailand Women, striking a quick 23 from 15 deliveries and earning the Player of the Match award as Bangladesh A completed a successful chase.

Still at an early stage of her career, Easmin has already gained valuable experience in both international age-group cricket and Bangladesh’s A-team environment. Her involvement in the Women’s Asia Cup Rising Stars provided exposure against several of Asia’s emerging sides, including an appearance in the final against India A where she claimed a wicket during her four-over spell.
