Chloe Tryon

Chloe Tryon, born on January 25, 1994, in Kingsway, Durban, South Africa, is a prominent all-rounder who bats right-handed and bowls slow left-arm orthodox spin. She made her international debut in 2010 in a Twenty20 International (T20I) against the West Indies, where she took two wickets in her first over, including a wicket with her very first delivery—an unprecedented feat in WT20I history. Chloe has been a key player for South Africa across all formats, known for her aggressive batting, dependable bowling, and athletic fielding.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in record-breaking moments such as the highest ever 6th wicket partnership in Women's ODIs (142 runs) alongside Suné Luus. Chloe has served as the vice-captain of the South African side in major tournaments including the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup and 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup. Her domestic and franchise career includes playing for KwaZulu-Natal Coastal, Brisbane Heat in the WBBL, Delhi Capitals in the Women's Premier League, and various other global T20 leagues.
