Adam Milne

Adam Milne is a New Zealand right-arm fast bowler renowned for his express pace, aggressive bowling and ability to trouble batters with steep bounce. Born in Palmerston North, he made his international debut in 2010 and has represented the Black Caps across limited-overs formats while also featuring in several major franchise T20 leagues. Although injuries have disrupted parts of his career, Milne has continued to demonstrate his wicket-taking ability whenever he returns to full fitness. His speed allows him to challenge batters even on pitches offering little assistance, while his variations provide an additional weapon in shorter formats.

Milne adds considerable firepower to New Zealand’s bowling attack, particularly during the powerplay and final overs when batters look to accelerate. His experience in international cricket and franchise competitions has helped him develop the skills to handle different match situations and adapt his lengths according to the conditions. For fantasy cricket, Milne can be a rewarding option when he is named in the playing XI, as his pace creates opportunities for wickets through mistimed shots and hurried responses. His recent workload, fitness and the pitch conditions are worth considering before selecting him for a fantasy team.
