Joseph Moores

Joseph Moores is a promising English wicketkeeper-batter from Macclesfield, Cheshire. A left-handed batter, he is known for his energetic style, versatility behind the stumps and athletic fielding when not keeping wicket.

Moores progressed through the Cheshire and Lancashire age-group systems before representing Lancashire’s Second XI. He later made his senior debut in the One-Day Cup, gaining valuable experience after producing strong performances at academy and under-18 level.

Primarily a dynamic middle-order batter, Moores has also been part of the England Under-19 setup. His positive batting, wicketkeeping ability and growing experience across domestic and youth international cricket make him an exciting long-term prospect.
