Xavier Bartlett

Xavier Bartlett is a right-arm fast-medium bowler who brings pace, movement and an attacking mindset to Australia’s ODI squad for the series against Zimbabwe. The Queensland quick made his ODI debut against the West Indies in 2024 and made an immediate impression, taking 4/17 in only his second ODI. He has also been part of Australia’s T20I setup and has continued to develop through domestic cricket with Queensland and the Brisbane Heat. Bartlett is included in Australia’s squad for the three-match series in Harare as the team looks to build depth and prepare for next year’s ODI World Cup.

Bartlett’s ability to generate movement with the new ball makes him a useful weapon during the early overs, while his pace can also create problems when batters try to attack.
