India’s tour of Zimbabwe begins on July 23, 2026, with the two teams set to contest a three-match T20I series at the Harare Sports Club. The remaining matches will be played on July 25 and July 26 at the same venue, making adaptability and quick tactical adjustments crucial during the compact four-day series.
Shreyas Iyer will captain an exciting Indian squad featuring a combination of established T20 performers and emerging talent. Players such as Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Varma, Ishan Kishan, Rinku Singh and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi will look to make the most of their opportunities, while India’s varied bowling attack could prove decisive on the Harare surfaces.
Zimbabwe will be led by the experienced Sikandar Raza and will aim to use their familiarity with the conditions to challenge the visitors. With all three matches being played in Harare, the hosts will hope to settle quickly and apply pressure, while India will enter as favourites but cannot afford to underestimate a Zimbabwe side capable of producing competitive performances in home conditions.
