Lorcan Tucker

Lorcan Tucker is an attacking right-handed wicketkeeper-batter who has become one of Ireland's most important T20 players. Comfortable against both pace and spin, he is capable of batting in the top or middle order and uses quick footwork, strong sweeps and positive intent to keep the scoring rate moving.

Tucker has accumulated extensive T20I experience for Ireland and has featured in multiple global tournaments, including T20 World Cups. His international career has included several significant innings against leading sides, while his growing leadership responsibilities have further increased his importance to the Irish setup.

His value in T20 cricket comes from the combination of aggressive batting, wicketkeeping and game awareness. Tucker can rebuild if early wickets fall or attack immediately when a platform has been established, making him a versatile option who can adapt his tempo to the requirements of the innings.
