Paul Stirling

Paul Stirling is one of Ireland's greatest white-ball cricketers and an exceptionally experienced T20 opener. A powerful right-handed batter, he looks to dominate the powerplay with strong square hitting, fast hands and the confidence to attack both pace and spin from the start of an innings.

Stirling has played well over a decade of T20 international cricket and has represented numerous franchise and county sides around the world. His career has included major ICC tournaments, memorable centuries and a long record of giving Ireland fast starts against both associate and full-member opposition.

His experience makes him more than just a powerplay hitter. Stirling understands how to judge conditions, can absorb pressure when necessary and also offers useful off-spin, giving a team a seasoned top-order presence capable of setting the tone for an entire T20 innings.
